About Me

Jason was introduced into the real estate industry by a close school friend back in 2005. Having been in sales all his life, from surf retail to state sales manager for Rip Curl, sales is in his blood. He is a driven individual with high energy and has a professional approach to everything he does.
He was introduced into the Re/max 100% club within
8 months of being in real estate and settled over 19.5 million in his first year.
In 2008 he moved into commercial real estate and leasing in Perth CBD, but then moved back into Residential sales with Realmark North Coastal.
With his network skills and experience in developments and projects over the past 8 years, Jason Kuriata
has been involved in over 200,000 million in sales
off the plan. Companies include but not limited to Giorgi, Psaros, Suida, Centaur Developments, Aztec Developments and Emmaus Pty Ltd and has now
made a name for himself in projects/off the plan sales throughout Perth.
Working closely with the Real mark Commercial division, head up by Mike Rowe as well as the in house Strata division of Realmark Leederville, we can handle all you Strata business for any Project.

Outside of property, he is a former State National and International gold medalist in Taekwondo from training at the age of 6 years. Currently he is teaching kids from 3 years and above, in Loftus Centre in Leederville.
