She can sum up a home in a glance. She feels the memories that have been created there and very quickly sums up the strengths and key selling points of a home with a mother’s eye.

Raised in Swanbourne and educated at PLC, Davina is familiar with the coastal suburbs of Perth, from North Fremantle to Hillarys. She is very active in her own community and is often seen shouting encouragement to her 3 kids at their sporting events.

Asked what she feels is the most important attributes of a real estate professional, Davina said.
“We have to make a property shine. It must stand out from the rest and that takes flair and often a different approach. After that it is the little things that count. Attention to detail, following a tried and proven process and some straight forward hard work is what it takes and I thrive on all of it”.

Davina loves real estate because it is central to homes and homes are central to families. It is a pursuit that allows her to follow her natural tendency to help people and to share a small part of their most valuable possession, their home. She is delighted to be invited into people’s lives, to help them find solutions and to achieve success in property. She sees it as her privilege and one that she does not take for granted.
