About Me

As a member of Realmark’s Strata Management team, Olivia is committed to working cooperatively with strata owners to help ensure each complex runs smoothly.

Olivia begun in Strata in 2012 as an admin assistant and worked her way up to Senior Strata Manager. Taking a brief break in 2015 to start a family she is now back with Realmark.

Olivia’s approach to strata management is about building relationships with Strata Councils to effectively manage, maintain and administer all aspects of their strata properties, including the administration of finances, maintenance, insurances and record-keeping. She is a strong listener and understands the overwhelming concerns of councils to help foster a conducive and professional community environment for strata owners.
