A serendipitous moment led Emily to commence working with Realmark, a qualified Human Resource professional Emily has experience extending to multi-national renowned corporations. Working in an array of industries Emily has demonstrated accomplishment in driving and implementing organisational and change management procedures, including role modifications and restructure, strategic planning and performance, communications and cultural changes within complex environments.
In her corporate career Emily has worked closely with senior executive teams to integrate key priorities in overall business strategies and improvement initiatives in the elevation of organisations. Emily has presented across a number of industries, delivering content on leadership, empowerment, engagement and personal experience.
Emily was awarded the ‘Women in MBA’ scholarship and commenced studies in 2016, with particular intent to escalate holistic business acumen and interest on intergenerational leadership and economic affairs.
